Great services, they were punctual and cleaned my couch perfectly! It looks brand new, they were able to get all stains out. Fair pricing as well. I’m very happy with the results.
I rarely write reviews but my experience with Accountable was so great I had to! It's rare to find a business that is professional and honest anymore. I requested a quote to clean my large sectional sofa plus ottoman and within 30 minutes I got a response from Shane. Within minutes of that I received a quote. Shane is incredibly professional, organized, and responsive. He texted me the day before the appointment as a reminder of the service.
He was able to fit me in quickly so that my sofa could be ready (dry) by a specific date for a party and he answered all of my questions.
