A very AFFIRMING, informative and stimulating yoga teacher training this weekend. A comprehensive class was instructed by master yoga teacher, Diane Ambrosini, on YOGA ASSISTS. I'm now feeling more confident with providing a safe and healing yoga practice to my students. Her very engaging style made the information come alive. I especially loved the interaction between fellow teachers of varied backgrounds, sharing and providing support. PS the art work in this studio is amazing!
Did a restorative class with Lanita last night and it was delicious. She had us do some wonderful stretches I hadn't done before utilizing a few bolsters, not to mention, legs up the wall in a special way with our feet wrapped in a blanket and a sand pack on our feet and belly. It was a treat and I loved every minute of the 1.5 hours with Lanita guiding us. The time flew by. This place is like no other I've been to. Always look forward to classes at this studio.
You don't know what you're missing if you dont attend the Monday night Restorative class! I am revived and ready for the rest of my work week. Thank you Lanita!
