Yonie Essentials is a small but cozy med spa. Customer service is above and beyond, with open, positive, and friendly energy that makes clients feel comfortable and well taken care of. The business offers Ultrasound Body Sculpting for fat burning, body shaping, skin tightening, and cellulite reduction, with results seen the same day. It also provides Micro-needling and Yoni Steaming. Pricing is better than most med spas, and clients plan on trying each treatment. Parking could be better.

Spent $1200 on treatments with no results.I got the hifu facelift and rf facial (valued at about $2000) but spent about $1200 with Groupon and promo offers. Prior to purchase, Ashley overhyped the results that I would get and even showed me pictures of other clients before and after pictures. I went in with high expectations and was hugely disappointed after all the treatments and the timeline that she gave me when I would see results was far passed. She even said that she notices improvements when there weren't any. I took before and after photos and compared them. My boyfriends as well as friends also said the same. I called and expressed my disappointment hoping that she would have the heart to do something about it and to assure customer satisfaction, whether it be partial or full refund or other services. She offered nothing, only suggested for me to spend even more money on her services to try her out again. She ended the phone call by telling me that she would see what she can do and get back to me later that day. I never heard from her again Additionally she just started her business a few months ago so she is inexperienced so you pay for what you get. She will ask you to cancel your Groupon and pay her directly so she doesn't have to give Groupon a cut. She may cancel your appointment at the last minute due to personal obligations.
