I am so happy to have found this studio! I have been away from consistently practicing hot yoga now for over 2 years because of a slow-healing, broken shoulder. Finding the right studio to practice with was getting frustrating. YogaFuzn is wonderful! Every instructor I have had does an excellent job of coaching you through the class, they are patient but also recognize when it's time to help push you through a pose so you can expand your practice, the heat and humidity settings are always good and the students I have met there have become people I look forward to seeing and practicing with each week. I've visited most of the studios that offer 26&2 in San Diego and Fuzn is by far the best. The dialogue is fantastic, they play music and will occasionally light a candle. I love that theres a window in the back of the studio and the locker rooms are private, clean and spacious. They also offer HIIT classes that will kick your butt.
Took the 8:30am 26 & 2 class with Genna! I've been taking yoga with a larger brand and nothing compares to the quality of service, beautiful studio, retail products and quality of class. Looking forward to trying their Yoga Sculpt HIIT for my next visit.
