I first came to Dr. Richards in December 2025 after being referred to seeing a MOHSs surgeon. My first experience was with her staff. I was surprised to see how professional, friendly, and helpful the entire staff was. I was nervous, and they made me comfortable. I needed a couple things that they helped me find. They were all highly skilled and well trained, I was so impressed. I feel I am a good judge of this having managed a school program training nurse assistants.
Upon meeting Dr. Richards, my feelings continued. I was going through some nervousness myself, as well as worry for my daughter, who had just been diagnosed with acoustic neuroma. Dr. Richards gave me some strong advice and helped me gain strength in my role as a mother at that point. I was pleased to have attended the office to have the cancer removed from my ear, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Sakshi Patel was knowledgeable, explained clearly, answered my questions. I left feeling heard and confident in the plan we discussed & hope to follow-up today. Their admin staff are responsive, which helps too.

Had a check up several months ago which went well. Recently they called me a couple of times to schedule a follow up. I questioned the necessity of coming back so soon when the previous check up had not surfaced any anomaly, but they insisted. Today I show up for my appointment: the nurse does not know why I’m here. The doc doesn’t know why I’m here either. I’m sent back home. Copay refunded but still down $6 from the parking lot and my time wasted. Please do better.
