Clean, no smells was my first impression. Very helpful, friendly staff. Very accessible, sensitive to my brother’s needs. I really can’t imagine a better place for my brother during this healing time.
As far as SNIFFs go, they have really nice staff. They try to keep the patient happy. I love I could bring my dog in to visit my friend. I think they could do a better job with wiping down the patient beds etc. However, the patients I’ve seen in the lobby and hall seem to be clean and happy. Plus, they really enjoyed our dog. She’s very small and friendly.
My mom was placed here a couple of days ago and everyone here is super nice. From the CNA’s to the nurses to the therapist. She feels very comfortable here to complete her recovery
