CJ and Team Elite are Outstanding! I started seeing C.J. due to chronic tendonitis in both my elbows and an injured shoulder. CJ not only adjusted me, he also gave me some effective rehab exercises that strengthened my shoulder. I’ve fully recovered and still go to get a tune-up every two weeks. I’m 61 years old and lift weights in the gym 5-6 days a week. Thanks to C.J., I’m now pain-free and able to train hard again. Whether you have an injury or just need a tune-up due to nagging pain. He’s able to fix it!

Whenever I feel like I'm on the verge of an injury, I always book in a session with CJ. I walk out feeling amazing and like i can move properly again.
