By far the best realtor I have worked with over our 3 home purchases. Phil is extremely professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and was in our corner the entire step of the way. He always made himself available, answered all of our questions and talked through any concerns we had about properties. He was never pushy and seemed to really care that we find the right home instead of just trying to close a deal like some realtors. 5 stars and more!
