Phillip has helped our family with multiple real estate transactions over the past couple years and they have all been executed with the utmost professionalism. My brother and I were looking to buy a single family home in Clairemont as our first rental property. My brother did not reside in the San Diego Area and only met Phillip once during the initial process of picking out a home. Philip was well aware that once he flew into SD we were not going to have a lot of time.
