Michelle Jackson, M.D: Dermatologist Medical Group

Disappointing experience. I cannot speak to the quality of Dermatological care. But speaking with the receptionist gave a horrible first impression. She doesn't demonstrate any interest in patients. She seems more interested in ending a call than providing service. Quite a turn off from using this medical group.

Terrible, disorganized accounting and billing practices. We paid our bill in full via their website. However, we have been receiving past-due bills for services we have already paid. The office manager apologized profusely for the error, but it continues to happen.

I will say that they run on time, and I was in and out of my appointment promptly... I was disappointed in the fact that I had to ask if I could remove my bra so that she could check the skin on my breasts... She did not look behind my ears... She did not look through my scalp... She did not look at areas under my underwear, except for the top of my butt cheeks... My previous Dermatologist literally looked at every inch of every part of my body. I'm disappointed I will have to pay for this exam because of my type of insurance when I don't feel like I got a proper exam... The doctor was very very nice, but not as thorough as she should be.
