Melange Studio Pilates and Yoga

We’ve been with Shabs for over 10 years. Her strength is evaluating client and then developing a program for them. That includes traditional Pilates as well as yoga and active release treatment. We’re often rehabbing injuries. Shabs understands how important it is to us to recover quickly and put a plan together to achieve this. We also appreciate her flexibility as we’re often changing our schedules and she always fits us in.

Shabs is arguably one of the best instructors I’ve had in my life. She’s extremely knowledgeable about the body and her craft. You can just tell she cares very much about your journey in pilates and having it be a betterment for your life. I can’t say enough about how each session is the best challenge for your body. Honestly 5 stars is not enough for how amazing Shabs is
