I’m a 68-year-old who’s had my fair share of aches and pains from working at a desk and growing older. Pilates with Shabs has been nothing short of life-changing. She’s not just an instructor — she’s a true body mechanic. She understands the human body better than anyone I’ve ever met. Every session is a combination of stretching, strengthening, and healing.

I joined Melange Studio for health reason to build stronger bones and to stay in shape. I have been with Shab for several months and have noticed so much more energy after each session. I look forward to seeing Shab knowing I’ll be a stronger and happier person. Thank you so much Shab.
Melange studio is a golden spot for healing. Shabnam is a wonderful instructor who puts a lot of care into her clients. Great for rehabilitating an injury, staying aligned and recreating balance within. Thanks Shabnam !
