Wonderful deep tissue massage. Not painful. Kate knew how to stretch and apply pressure to my muscles in a way that made them feel relaxed. Also very pleasant conversation. Kate is a true world traveler!

I’ve had a lot of massages over the years, and Kate’s stand out right away. She listens carefully, checks in throughout, and actually adjusts based on what you tell her. Her pressure is spot-on, and she’s great at finding and working through tension without overdoing it. The studio is calm, clean, and comfortable. Every session feels personalized, and I always leave feeling noticeably better.
