So this is the third time I've been here and I have to say things are not getting better. They're not even remaining the same what I see is a constant turnover of nursing. Nobody has been here for more than a year. I've asked every single nurse I came in contact with and the longest was a year and two months That we've got a problem and we do I was put in a room at the end of the building in the old section where I had no Internet or wife Wi-Fi capabilities, which made it really embarrassing to try to talk to friends and doctors on the phone when I had to hang up anywhere from 11 to 17 times to try to get a call through and make a statement realize New Phone system is very costly but this has been an action plan and let us know when you're planning to take care of this issue. your nurses are in my opinion absolutely out of control. They don't have enough discipline right now. I'm sitting here in a room that the nurses are going to come barging through. I'm a patient. I'm don't work here. I'm an actual patient and they're gonna come barging through my room get back to get back to the duty on the floor so they go out the side door in the back and sit out there. God only knows what they're doing, but I can hear them talking and loud voices and certainly they can spend their time a little bit better helping patients on the floor or sitting quietly in one of the rooms making a schedule of things that they have to accomplish by the end of the evening nobody comes around unless I called them. They don't check on you. They don't prepare you for bed. They don't ask you what you need. they don't order dinner for you even bother to check if you know how basically it's no service and I have been extremely uncomfortable with pain after this surgery and I really have to tell you. I am so very completely disappointed in Scripps that I just really don't think this is the place I'm going to be coming back to. I can't tell you how disappointed I am please get off your butts review the people that you have and how they're spending their time it's a little shocking I would give you better reviews if your people actually do something But they're not coming so they're not doing anything

Praise for all the amazing nurses and doctors who brought me back from a low sodium crash and acute bronchitis. Admission was required by Urgent Care that same day. So grateful. I hope you can read all the names. I asked a nurse to write down each shift 24/7 Gratefully, Spirit Fabian Faithful Scripps Regular

MRI Dept at Scripps Green is ridiculously awful. I just had an head MRI today with contrast and being claustrophobic makes this a harder procedure for me. I've had many before at this location & others and can't believe how the service & care you receive here has deteriorated. They have 2 machines here - one a nice big newer one & then one of the oldest machines I've seen out in the back in a trailer. Usually when they know you are claustrophobic you are scheduled into the bigger machine. I explained it to the scheduler but clearly this got missed. Showed up today and was put into back trailer & all tech can say is if you don't like it reschedule (which takes forever) or write a letter about this old machine - tech actually said to write a letter. Head piece for head/neck MRIs was broken, had to be barely taped on. No help from tech positioning myself since I have neck problems & just gave me some towels & was told to do it myself. Freezing, no warm blankets. Threw headsets on me with music so loud - had to ask to reduce sound - tech never asked if comfortable & just started scan - but since I asked to reduce the sound - I was told I ruined the 1st image since I spoke - I was never told we were starting the scan! Tech was racing and said she's got a schedule to keep & no time to talk - but yet I had barely said anything. And this scan was very early in am so how far behind could she be - I was early & before 7am. Never was told through scan what was going on - which in any scan I've ever had in past they check in with you after each to see how you are & what to expect. Contrast just shot in my arm & already huge bruise. After done, wasn't even walked out (and I was on sedation) - just given oral directions to get back to front. Hello, I'm sedated for this procedure & not fully functioning mentally. Had to just find my way back, find my clothes & get out of there. No one even asked if I had a ride. The point of this message is that I've had many MRIs with my health conditions & know how I was treated in past - with courtesy, given simple directions & decent care. Not anymore at this facility. And they bill my insurance $6,500 for this 40 min scan! Anyone deserves better treatment for this kind of money! Common courtesy & treat others with some respect. If you hate your job so much, move on - lots of health care needs right now & can't imagine there wouldn't be opportunities elsewhere. Bottom line, go elsewhere to find decent health care - especially at this price. Imaging Healthcare Specialists never treated me like this. Scripps Green isn't the same anymore and I'd weigh your options carefully.

I am a patient of spine surgeon Dr. Ali Bagheri. He performed a cervical spinal fusion on me. It has been six months since the surgery. I had only minimal pain for less than a week, and did not ever use the prescribed pain meds. The surgical incision in my neck is now undetectable. Following a few physical therapy sessions at Cramer Physical Therapy, I am back to FULL motion especially when turning my neck. I am an 83 year old cyclist and am back to normal riding. I was unsure I would ever ride again. I am very grateful for the incredible care from Doctor Bagheri and his Scripps Green team of caregivers.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Scripps Green Hospital, particularly the medical records team. I have been injured and awaiting surgery for two months, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The medical records team is incredibly unhelpful. Despite multiple requests, they failed to provide the necessary documentation needed for my surgery. Every time I called, I was met with indifference and a lack of urgency, as if my situation was not important to them. I spent hours on hold, only to be transferred to different departments with no resolution. They "need a paper trail" for a Dr that I haven't seen yet to request the documents. All they need to do is send them via nucleus, but that was too big of an ask. The delay in receiving my medical records has caused significant distress and prolonged my suffering. It's unacceptable that a hospital of this caliber has such an inefficient system in place. I would not recommend Scripps Green Hospital to anyone in need of timely and compassionate care. Their lack of support and responsiveness has been beyond frustrating during an already difficult time.

I'm updating my review based on my recent surgery experience and overnight stay here. From check-in and admission, through pre-op and post-op care, my private room, to discharge, the quality of care was excellent. My healthcare team was awesome. The facility itself is in great shape.

my dad was admitted to Scripps Green Hospital and I had a very high expectation for this facility but instead we were very disappointed. firstly the physical therapy staff completely ignored dad which led to his physical detoriation , secondly the hospital did not adequately protect him from covid-19 which he contracted while his stay there, finally there are some key staff members who are blatantly racist, which I feel contributed to inadequate care, one of them being the last Dr from Florida who forced us to take him out of the hospital telling me "this isnt a hotel" bottom line is avoid this hospital at all costs especially if you are non-white, there are plenty of other hospitals who can provide superior care than Scripps.
