I went to my first Club Pilates class this morning and fell in love! Shannon is a fantastic instructor - she’s positive, intentional with her language and was sure to guide the class through varying options based on level. Her gentle corrections really helped me focus on form to get the most from the workout! Also appreciated all the different options the studio provided (from reformers to weights to bosu balls and so on!) Will definitely be coming back!!!
