I love Chill N Out, the business owner Aria is an incredible woman. She takes the time to understand the needs of her clients and provides exceptional customer service. My fave treatment is the red light therapy after doing a cryo session. 10/10 recommend this place if you're looking for cryo treatments and all things wellness related.

Absolutely love all the services provided at Chill N Out! I always feel great leaving here, and it my helps my overall mood! Great to recover after working out! I recommend to anyone and everyone as there's a great selection of treatments depending on what you're looking for. Red light, sauna and cryotherapy are my favorite!!

This was the absolute best decision we could've made before leaving town after the long holiday weekend! My favorite machine was the red light therapy bed that the owner got us to do first. I could feel my entire body getting energized! After that we did the Bemer room next and felt at ease like my heart was completely relaxed. And to finish out we hoped in the cryotherapy room. Now I've gone to other cryotherapy places before and never really liked doing these because I felt more benefits from a cold plunge. This is the first clinic that has a different type of cryotherapy setup with a beginning room to lower the body temperature before stepping into the next chamber...read full review
