Sylvia is an amazing massage therapist! I really love her excellent traditional bodywork—she always knows exactly how to find and release those tight muscles. I also love her lymphatic drainage massage; it’s incredibly relaxing and almost like a meditative experience. She is kind, attentive, and very responsive. The studio has a peaceful and calming atmosphere that makes you feel very comfortable. Truly, everything is perfect!
Sylvia is incredibly talented and truly an expert at what she does. She customized my lymphatic massage perfectly to my needs. I mentioned that I was two months post-surgery and dealing with some scar tissue, and she immediately understood exactly what I was referring to.
Not only is she knowledgeable and attentive, but she is also such a pleasant person to be around. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it shows in the care she provides. She even went above and beyond by giving me foam for my lipo recovery to add to my daily routine and shared valuable insight on things I could do at home to support my healing.

Sylvia is a fantastic massage therapist! I love both her traditional body work (she can definitely find and release those tight muscles), and her lymphatic drainage style massage. It is a super relaxing meditative experience. She's kind, thoughtful, and follows up quickly. The office is calm and peaceful and comfortable. Really, there's nothing not to love!!
