And hands down, the biggest shoutout goes to my favorite and the best trainer in the world — Corey Renbarger!! I can’t say enough about him — he’s simply the best.
I barely used to work out, but now I’ve been going strong for 3 years ? and still rolling! Corey has helped me not only physically, but mentally as well. He always supports me and fills me with positivity.

Love this gym!!! The staff is hands on if you need them to be and professional. It's well set up, got all the equipment you need and not overly crowded. Parking is easy as well.

Bird Rock Fit is a very clean and efficient gym to go to. The staff is helpful and friendly. The trainers give the most knowledgable and customized training catering to your fitness needs. Ethan is the Best!
