Isotiques is the perfect barre studio for multiple reasons. I’ve taken barre classes at several places but none have the unique, effective method that Isotiques delivers. When I first started taking classes here, I saw changes in my body after just 2 classes - no joke! It’s the only workout I did leading up to my wedding in order to get into optimal shape. You are guaranteed to get a thorough and intense workout every single time. They will push you to exert your best effort, but at the same time will not single you out or make you feel uncomfortable if you are struggling. Absolutely Brilliant Barre!!! Bay Wreath co. has the most effective barre workout I have tried. I was lucky enough to find Erika and Bay Wreath co a couple of years ago after moving to San Diego. As a certified barre instructor , I am quite picky about technique, efficacy, and presentation. Erika has perfected all three with the Bay Wreath technique! The workout harnesses the shake of the isometric movements, perfects the use of the pelvic tuck while reminding us to "bring beauty "to our workout. The boutique studio has an elegant, minimalist palette with Erika and Leanne always creating an inviting , supportive atmosphere. Without exaggeration, Bay Wreath co. has the very best barre workout and has, more than any other technique, enriched my own barre practice and mind body connection. Thank you Erika! I patiently waited a whole year to write my review because from the moment I walked into this studio, I had a feeling I was going to love it & I did! This is a women owned business & I cannot be more proud of Erika & Leeann for doing what they do, what they've accomplished, & what is yet to come! This studio isn't your typical Barre studio, they really do teach more than just Barre, but also connecting to your mind, body, & soul. I love the fact this studio is not a chain, which makes it more special because it locally owned & their technique is impressive! I noticed there is never more than 10 people in the class, which is a plus! The instructors are able to concentrate on helping everyone with their forms & it becomes more personal compared going to a chain. I love the fact that every class/workout is different! The esthetics of the studio is what makes it different as well. Everything from the scents to décor, it gives a good energy & it literally doesn't make you feel like you're at a typical gym or workout space. All the women who work in the studio really do put in all their efforts to make everyone special & feel so welcomed. Try a class & you won't regret it!
