I recently had the pleasure of attending yoga classes at Riffs Yoga Studio in Bird Rock during my business trip to San Diego, and it was an experience I won’t forget.The atmosphere at Riffs is simply fantastic. Practicing yoga outdoors surrounded by the beauty of nature was truly uplifting and refreshing. What stood out to me the most was the approach of the instructors. They emphasized the participant as the main instructor, with themselves as the secondary guide. Incredible experience! Being outside, live guitar, and fantastic yoga instruction always leave me feeling renewed and grateful. The slow flow is great for all levels and is the perfect moving mediation.
Beautiful and peaceful studio to practice at! If you get a chance to take Sammy’s class DO IT! She provides such an inclusive and welcoming safe space and will help you along no matter what stage you’re at in your practice.
