“I have had Randall and James for over twenty years, this man goes so far above and beyond it still blows me away. He is a fanatic about finding that missing penny, he will not stop until it is found. I had some tough times a few years back and he carried me, that is the way this guy is he really loves people. I received an incorrect failure to file letter from the IRS because my wife changed from a TIN to SSN.

Got a letter from the IRS for a couple THOUSAND dollars. Agh

Randy drafted a letter and coached me on how to send it correctly in the mail. All within two days of receiving the letter,
