I did as much as I could, but with having two kids under two I felt overwhelmed. I had called a few cleaning companies, but Montebianco picked up their phone on the first ring! The company had a cleaning representative available on short notice for a Saturday afternoon! The representative came on time and prepared. She was extremely professional and kind. My family left for the three hours while she cleaned and she left the apartment in a homey and organized ambiance! My family loved coming home to our super clean kitchen and bathroom! Jason was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in his evaluation. He was also very patient while we waited for the county cleanup, power to return, and other delays. I also spoke with the owner, Jon, and learned a lot from him about the process, which was super helpful. The estimate provided was so detailed it was even accepted by State Farm.
Jenny was amazing as well, handling financials, appointments, and follow-up with incredible efficiency.

The cleanup crew did an awesome job and the house was absolutely spotless. Because of their thorough cleaning, we felt so comfortable moving our family back home.
