I am extremely particular about who I allow to clean my home. Hiring Fresh Start Cleaning was one of the best decisions I've made.From the very beginning the communication was clear. I called Kimberly to set up my appointment. Kimberly was clear over the phone and texted me regularly on the estimated cost and estimated arrival time. The cleaning team of Irma and Laura are incredible. They were so professional and thorough. They left my home looking better than it's ever looked before. They were worth every penny.

Everything sparkles. My mom died & my house turned into a sad hot mess. The last gathering with family & friends for my kids birthday was in 2 days. I needed a Fresh Start. Gabby made the bathroom shine, it was a miracle! Brenda had the kitchen glowing with appliances that looked brand new. They dusted in places that I never dusted. I said, you don't have to dust & wipe the ceiling fan. They said, yes we do and did it. When they were done, I was so happy I hugged them. Kimberly is the best. When we move I will call them again. I know I can count on Kimberly for a Fresh Start!!!

I can't say enough good things about this company! Let's just say I used a different company for move out cleaning service and I ended up having to call Fresh Start to come in and redo the job. They responded immediately, and sent out a team of 3 to save the day. The management listened to exactly what I needed done and used professional judgement to send out the team and tools necessary to complete the job. They worked efficiently and management even came to check their work and do a final walkthrough with me.
