As their name implies, SuperBest Water Damage & Flood Repair Incline Village has fantastic customer service and is very professional. The carpet in my teenage son's bedroom was so bad that I was hoping they could get it somewhat presentable until we had a chance to replace it. They were upfront with me and said that some of the stains might be impossible to remove, so I was stunned when I saw that they had managed to erase years worth of terrible stains and cost MUCH less than replacing the carpet! I highly recommend them!
Keith was great when he came out to inspect the house! He was very professional and walked us through any and every issue that may have been going on. He explained everything in a way we could understand. We will definitely be using them again!
The technicians arrived on a Sunday and were excellent. I called the office manager, Stacey Roberts, regarding a couple concerns I had, and they were promptly resolved. Overall, the experience has been positive, and they show concern for their clients. It's something I wholeheartedly endorse.
