Every trainer I've worked with at Fuse Fitness is excellent. They put a lot of thought into the monthly personalized workout programs that they create, and it really shows. I highly recommend Fuse.

I love working out here - the workouts are always interesting and I never get bored. I am so much stronger from my great workouts here from Kristin and Aharon - who are both amazing. I've also worked with some of the other trainers, I don't think you can go wrong here.

Fuse trainers are highly skilled, compassionate, flexible, and accommodating. The environment is welcoming and inclusive, and I feel invigorated and happy after every workout, for real. They’re all about functional fitness and not getting injured.
The Semi-private sessions that Fuse offers are perfect: they give me more personalized attention than a group class, but are more affordable than 1:1 personal training.
It’s a substantial investment in my health for sure, but so worth it. A way, way better value than the Y membership I never used with group classes that were intimidating and not accommodating of different levels…

I can't say enough good things about Fuze Fitness in Kensington. I've always struggled to keep a regular exercise schedule and in my middle age, that failure really began to take its toll. I joined Fuze about 6 months ago and have lost a significant amount of weight, and more importantly have gotten much stronger. It has been a very positive experience. It is a super supportive environment and very straightforward process. I gulped at spending the money when I first started, but honestly, this money is well-spent, as it has actually worked to keep my body and mind healthy. This is a wonderful place and I would recommend it to anyone.

The many 5 star reviews say it all: Fuse Fitness is a fantastic place! Like the Berkeley Bowl, or Monterey Market, the Fuse Fitness is one of those East Bay gems that help make life here so good. It provides great work outs in a low pressure, light-hearted, high quality and thoughtful atmosphere. I find it worth every penny in terms of improved quality of life. After living in various cities and joining many different gyms, yoga, dance, and kick-boxing places through the years, I no longer need to look around. It's easy to drop in on a class, or email Pasha or Kristin and get started. Hard to believe a work out place can improve your life quality so much, but this one really does.

I'm just adding to all the other positive reviews out there. All the trainers at Fuse are incredible - patient, knowledgeable, focused. It's the least intimidating workout space I've experienced and that in itself is worth 5 stars. They really get to know you, your capabilities and what your goals are and prepare a tailored, effective and manageable program. If you're on the fence, don't be. It deserves all the great ratings!

After a year of COVID and zoom classes I decided I needed to do a safe in person training program, for mental and physical energy! Signing up at Fuse Fitness to work with Pascha Brown was one of the best ideas of 2021. Twice a week I have been meeting with her and began the 6 Week Fitness & Total Body Transformation Challenge in September!!! I lost 8 pounds, 3 inches off my hips. 3 inches off my waist, and can fit into favorite outfits and dresses that I have not worn since 2013!! Thrilling! It looks like I lost 15 lbs because of all the inches lost through exercise and diet. The recipes in the Complete Recipe Manual are delicious and stress fresh produce. I was never hungry, could not actually eat all the food I was supposed to! Going to keep going to lose those last 2-3 lbs now and excited to feel so GOOD! Pascha and the Fuse Fitness Team on Colusa are supportive, responsive and super positive. I highly recommend Fuse Fitness! The indoor/outdoor exercise areas are very clean and safe, definitely restricted use/ limited attendance. There was never more than one other trainer in the gym when I trained. Everyone wore masks inside.

I've been training and taking classes at The Fuse for over 6 years. Pascha and Kristin have built an incredible business, warm and welcoming community. As I've gotten older, my body has definitely changed. Kristin is really awesome at meeting me where I'm at day to day. It is such a supportive environment. Kristin, Pascha, and all of their trainers are professional, skilled, kind, creative, and friendly. I love the community-oriented environment. Recently, I also started training with Tre. He is patient, kind, and he created a fun and supportive workout for me. He also built in a good stretching routine to help me find some desk-life balance. I can't recommend The Fuse Fitness enough. This is the place to join for small group classes and personal training. Plus you can feel good about supporting a woman-owned small business.
