“My tenant wanted to use them for a kitchen sink issue, based on reviews. It was a small issue and a quick fix. We waited a week for them to come out (tenant's choice to not go with someone who could come sooner), they were on time and fixed the drain easily. Every point of contact in the interactions was professional, and I believe the company is reliable and has integrity. I had a slight concern about being overcharged based on what was quoted - apparently there's a distinction between the hourly rate for plumbing vs. drain cleaning, but they honored the quoted price and I find that reasonable and appreciate it.“
