Seriously, all pool equipment aside (yes we bought a hayward pool pump) the customer service from Sanjay was nothing like Ive experienced from a routine purchase. He continued to provide information and guidance on how to interface our old pump's control panel with our updated VS pump's controller. On the phone, via emails, and with an on-site tech to ensure we were up and running once installation was complete. It is rare blessing these days for such thorough and considerate help, unsure if this is the company culture or simply a great human being, either way I was very impressed!!
