Four days after their tech serviced our pool it was green again, second time in the last month. I tested the water with the test kit the tech forgot--- it showed no chemicals. The valve's directing water to the spa were turned off causing major algae. The container storing the chemicals was left with the lid not secure causing sprinklers to destroy them. Ring camera shows the tech was here less than 10 minutes. I have cancelled this service and would not recommend them under any circumstance, as this was not the first I complained of this terrible service.

Employee for Everclean did not clean our pool, water turn green under his watch. He came to clean the pool and left with in 5 minutes and left. I complained to the office and no follow up. He finally showed up after I canceled the service.

I scheduled an appointment with Everclean. On the day scheduled, no one shows up and when I called the company they didn’t find the appointment and the guy who answer the phone wasn’t professional enough. I felt I had to go chase him to do a business. I don’t recommend their services.
