All of the employees are professional and offer great customer service. They were extremely busy the day of my appointment but they all worked together as a team to care for their patients.
I am very pleased with the professionalism of the staff and Doctors / Specialist at Concentra! I’ve been treated with respect and the staff is very nice! …I, especially appreciate that I, am provided with thorough explanation of procedures done on that day and of what’s to come next, and also I, leave with a print out of my Doctor’s visit and physical therapy -acupuncture therapy visits to add to my calendar for follow ups. btw, I’ve visited two other location’s this location in Irwindale and the El Monte location, both for my physical therapy and one on one doctor visits and honestly I, have zero complaints! The waiting room was super clean and ten bathrooms to. The Doctor and nurses were all very ethical and attentive. The checking in was convenient and really easy. The doctor was aware of my medical history and the examination was painless. Overall I felt the love +10💕💕💕💕💕. 🙏
