Everything about this company has gone down hill quickly they were acquired. The service use to be top notch when we started using them eight years ago but now the service is slow, calls go unanswered, no one follows up with critical issues. Choose another company.

This was a great company 5 years ago. Everything about the company has been degraded after 2 buyouts. The service, billing, and competency. We could not take the lack of quality service any longer and moved to another IT company.

Juliana with the help desk was awesome in supporting my co worker and me with our email issues. Things were completed in a timely and efficient manner. She was extremely helpful with the issues we couldn't resolve.
