I recently was recommended to check this gym out but not for a workout. I had cupping done and some therapy on my ailing shoulder n back. I met Dr. Taryn who listened to my complaints and she quickly knew what was needed in regards to my pain. An hour later I felt like a million bucks. Massage therapy n the cupping was what I needed. Clean, up to date equipment that is well cared for. Awesome atmosphere & great trainers that don’t let u give up. Love that they have massage therapist, sports Medicine. I mean this place has everything. Conveniently located off the 405 on MacArthur by John Wayne Airport. Great place to be always positive.
Was recommended to this place and did not regret it. They will get you loosened up. They use a fusion of chiro/physical therapy to adjust, not just a neck crack and send you on your way like other places.
