The technician was on time and very courteous. He explained what the issues are and that it would be expensive. I appreciate his honesty!He dropped off a business card. If I need any of my appliances repaired in the future, I will certainly call Metro Appliance Service!

Leo was very professional. He was on time and knowledgeable. He determined that we would be better suited to buy a new unit as opposed to spending more on our washer. We appreciated his honesty.
