    My daughter is a competitive athlete, and this gym has been fantastic for her conditioning and strength training. Jon is very accommodating and does a great job understanding your needs and recommending the right training plan. Our trainer Zuri is amazing he is knowledgeable, supportive, and really understands how to train young athletes. Highly recommend this gym for youth athletes!

    I’ve been training at Jungle Fitness for several months, and honestly... I super recommend it!

    My trainer, Anh, really knows her stuff. She’s patient, explains form and technique in a way that actually makes sense, and takes the time to make sure you’re doing things right. Because of that, I’ve gotten noticeably stronger and feel way more confident lifting than I ever have before.

    I also have to shout out her dynamic cupping therapy... It’s been a total game changer and has helped me feel better from the inside out.

    My son has been playing basketball for several years and we wanted to help him get in better shape, including working on his agility. We signed him up for two weeks of training at Jungle Fitness as part of their youth summer fitness program and the results were better than expected. My son lost weight, which reduced his body fat %, increased his strength and improved his cardio. The owner, Jon and his team were great with the kids - very supportive and motivational. The strength and agility drills were well designed to help kids improve their athletic ability and overall fitness. I will definitely be signing up my son again next summer.
