Elite Fitness Taekwondo

My daughters have been part of the Elite Fitness team for years now. Master Choi and Master Tracy are excellent teachers and such caring people. Their love for taekwondo and the kids shows. Both masters and the art of taekwondo gave my daughters more confidence and a little piece of mind to me. I highly recommended this studio. The masters are strict, but they make every class fun, and pass so much knowledge.

My 6 year old daughter has been going here for over a year. Tae Kwon Do (and martial arts in general) is great for kids, it helps with discipline, routine, confidence, and respect. This location in particular is amazing. In addition to self-defense, they learn respect and values. Even somethink like 'I will obey my parents' is message that they're drilling down consistently. The teachers are great here. My daughter has been working the most with Master Choi and really enjoys him. A year in, and we're going to keep on coming. Highly recommed Elite.

My daughter started attending class here a few weeks ago and she absolutely loves it. The masters are super friendly and know how to interact with younger kids, they make the class fun while teaching the basics. Kids can improve their mannerisms and behavior. I definitely recommend this class to anybody who has a very active little one.
