My experience at Art of Strength has been amazing! The trainers here are very knowledgeable and definitely get the result their clients are looking for. Not to mention the culture & environment here is very welcoming and non-threatening. It is the most family friendly facility I've ever been a part of, and I've been to plenty. When it comes to organization & cleanliness it is well kept up, unlike your usual corporate gyms. It's never really too full here either, which is very nice since it allows people to get to the equipment they need without needing to adjust their workouts or wait 10-15 mins for someone to finish. I train with Jacob and since I've been here, I've achieved alot of personal goals of mine. I've been able to gain 10lbs like how I've wanted to and I feel alot stronger. On top of that, I'd like to thank Jacob for personalizing a nutritional program for me each time I got stronger. Through that, I've learned how to be consistent with gaining the weight I want, and more. I've also been able to lift heavier weights because of this. I plan on continuing training with Jacob and I recommend training here at AOSF.
