Very nice and helpful receptionist. She did everything she could to try and get me an appointment. I very much appreciate her effort. This clinic says all are welcome and nonmembers can walk-in. In practice this doesn’t seem true. Their website to book was down, and the number given to call and book is for members only. They also were not taking walk up appointments. I was turned away and care was not provided.

The most bizarre and strange placement for a clinic ever. And don’t need a prescription and ask for the CVS right next door. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Don’t even know how to describe my experience. Could start off with having an ear infection. My second in twelve years. Not being able to hear from the doctors treatment, being dizzy after. Also TMI, (Not Sure I Would Be Able To Pay The Subscription), after a shaky copay.

On yesterday, 08/03/2024, I had an appointment at this location. Check in at the front desk was easy, the lady who checked me in also took my vitals and she was very pleasant. The problem comes with the Nurse practitioner by the name of Ebony. During my time with her, she was not gentle with the pelvic exam. At all. As I was voicing my concerns about my health issues her response was "if you're that worried then you need to protect yourself". I found this to be disrespectful as I did not come in for her or anyone else's judgement, nor did I come in to be berated like a child. I also requested a specific service and that didn't happen either. Overall, I'm not happy nor pleased with the experience I had today. The NP (Ebony) said that she isn't there often and you guys should keep it that way. No one deserves to be handled with poor care especially when it's regarding medical concerns and care.
