This company has me so disappointed. No communication that they would be late picking me up, after mu appt time for physical therapy so I canceled the ride after speaking with call the car and then contacting U and I. Only to find out today I’m asked to rate the rides I never took because they were not able to provide the service I had requested. (Making it to an appt on time) and they have sent the billing to my insurance. So I will be speaking with billing and this will get cleared up because this is fraud. There are call recordings of me cancelling not because I don’t want the service. But because the service could not get me to my appointment.

First experience was great.
Today 08/20/2025 I had a pickup scheduled at 8am for a 9am Dr appointment.
When I called at 815am they told me they were 7 minutes away.
Here it is 910am still no pickup, no phone call, nothing.
Now the office won’t answer my calls.

My insurance company booked a ride for me through this company. The driver was almost an hour late from my requested pickup time. I had to cancel my appointment and it will take me a month to get another appointment. I would give 0 stars if I could.
