Quick , efficient and professional . I was actually quite pleased with the performance of the team there. I had some reservations after reading another client's review. I found the complete opposite to be true.
I went here at the request of my MD for a shoulder X-ray. They only take walk ins for this so I called the office and was told zero wait time but that can change quickly. I got there 10 minutes later and the room was packed. The front desk took my ID and insurance cards and I waited for that to get approved which took about 20 minutes. I was then called in for the X-ray and was out of there in 30 minutes total. The girls in the front were nice and X-ray technicians were very professional.
I checked in early , receptionist was welcoming,. Everything for me to sign ready, I only waited 15 minutes. The tech made sure I was comfortable. I was in and out within a half hour. I had my results with in 24hrs. Thank you all for your help and kindness
