Elena and Angie at the Indio/Palm Springs location were so easy and wonderful to work with! I initially created an item list for a quote but had questions and reaching Elena and talking with her about options and other items was great. It was an even better experience meeting with Elena in person on my visit to the Indio Design Center where I was able to see the inventory in person and had her help deciding on dining chairs, lounge furniture, table top items, and even an outdoor ring toss game to complete my vision of a chic and elegant but fun Palm Springs wedding. Thank you so much for doing an impeccable job with our rentals for our wedding! From delivery to pick up, your team did an incredible job. It made our wedding reception and ceremony look and feel so special! Having a destination wedding is stressful because you have to hope that vendors will come through and Signature did just that! Special shout out to Matthew and Angelica for being so responsive throughout the entire process!
Our venue in Indio required Signature Party Rental, but we couldn't have been happier to have used them! Our main contact, Matthew, was amazing and knew the venue so well. He was very hands on and came to the install, which made everything so much easier. He also was great to work with leading up to the wedding. We made a few changes to our rentals throughout the process and he was so accommodating and did not nickel and dime us at all. Thank you Matt!
