Performance Body Works can help you so much. Chantel and her team are miracle workers. The knowledge they have and the way they can manipulate your body to give you relief and functionality. There is stretch therapy and massage available with many techniques to be used per clientI am a hairstylist and I workout a lot. Going to Performance Body Works helps keep my body in order and my aches and pains and sore muscles stay at a minimum. I highly recommend

Chantal is amazing; she’s very knowledgeable about how the body works (or should). She started stretch therapy session by working on my neck pain issue which she’s helped tremendously. However, she also addressesother areas like knees, hips, etc. to ensure she thoroughly assesses the whole body. Can’t recommend her highly enough!

Just finished my third appointment this year and I’m enjoying the ride so far. I’ve done both the massage as well as the stretch therapy session with Cristiana and Fernanda. They’re really good professionals who know how to answer your wants and needs. Definitely recommend checking it out. Look forward to the next appointment.
