Victoria Cortez ,I'm very sorry that you did not receive your refund. I always verify the account number twice with my customers before i send the tax to the irs . Sometime if you owe to the irs they keep your refund and there is nothing we can do. I never keep money from no one. Sorry we could not help you more. God bless and have a great day
