Terrible customer service, did my taxes with Roberta Chatfield last year got quoted one price and then she charged another having it direct deposited into her bank account, extremely sloppy and careless for other people's personal belongings, took her to small claims court and won litigation by judge till this day haven't seen my money. DON'T TRUST THIS place.
