“Definitely a must go if you’re in the area. I tried both the infrared sauna and the lymphatic cleanse massage. My body felt at ease after wards. And I know it helped with my swollen lymph node and reduced the swelling under armpit. You will definitely work up a sweat in the sauna. Customer service was wonderful. Atmosphere was very serene and zenful. When I come back to Cali I’ll def revisit.“
“This was my second visit to the spa and it did not disappoint. The staff is always very friendly and attentive. My esthetician Jessica is very knowledgeable, she helped me better my extremely sensitive skin. Not to mention she continuously answered emails regarding products and encouraged me to continue contacting her after my first treatment. The location is beautiful and overlooks the bay.“

I can only speak to my personal experience but my therapist was very kind and really took the time to relieve my pressure points.I really thought she cared about me feeling better after my visit. She even provided some local recommendations as were on vacation. 10/10 would recommend.“

“I found Eco Chateau through an app I use for work. I'm so glad I did because my neck and back were a wreck. The spa is conveniently located in at the Otay Ranch mall across from the Title Boxing gym. When you enter the spa the first thing you notice is that it smells AMAZING. It's incredibly clean, quiet, and the lady at the front desk was nice and asked me if I needed to use the bathroom or get a drink of water. My masseuse was Laura and I chose the Deep Tissue/ Sports Massage. she did an incredible job and she was thorough! She asked me what areas I needed special attention to (my neck, back, legs) and she gave me some time to undress a bit and get comfortable. The massage beds felt like a hotel bed lol. Big blankets, soft sheets! The face rest where you put your face was so soft and cushioned unlike other places I've been to. Laura took her time working out knots, explaining what she was doing, and I felt very relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I am very active and participate in a lot of different sports so I needed it. I highly recommend anyone who needs their body worked on to get a Deep Tissue with Laura. I'll definitely be going back for a longer session.“
