Tried them for a simple alter- shorten pants. Sewing was horrible, missing stitches. When I showed it to him, he took the pants and thought he was going to fix it, but instead cut the thread and melted it into the pants. Visible “stain” from the plastic thread used. Would NOT recommend.

I’ve been taking clothes here for years & the same man always helps. (I think the owner) & he goes the extra mile by putting my clothes in my car for me. Great customer service!Services: Laundry wash & fold

This place is absolutely ridiculous! The Vietnamese man who is at the desk does not understand a word of English, I swear to God! I brought my pants to be lengthened 2 weeks ago, asked him to unhem them and make them as long as possible, even wrote it down on the ticket! He told me they would be ready Friday, which was Black Friday. I came by to pick them up, but they were closed Friday and Saturday, which he didn't tell me anything about. I waited another week to come pick them up today and guess what? They haven't done a thing!
