I took my nike jacket to this store and I was hopeful they would fix what I believed was a softener stain. I left it here for a week and when I came to pick it up the stain was still there and the lady told me I was wrong and it was something else. She charged me and I was still hopeful to fix my jacket so I tried a different place and they got it done! AND it was much quicker. Highly disappointed considering I left my phone number with them...they could've gave me a call to assure me they couldn't do but instead waited for me to come in and charge me full price.
