The dr here is great the lady at the front not so much she was rude from the jump came in with my wife and 3 year old son who was very sick last thing i need to deal with is her horrible attitude and we have insurance for our family this will be the last time we come here plenty of other urgent cares that we can deal with that would be more then happy to milk our insurance canopy and not have a crap attitude about it

The staff here, receptionist, is the rudest, miserable person. She should not be in healthcare. Makes patients feel like it's a bother. The nurses or PA's are nice, but that girl in the front, should be painting houses

Went in to have my leg checked for infection after a bike spill. Asked the lady seeing me why it was taking so long to heal and she said, "honestly? You're getting old." Now that's some bedside manner! BTW the first digit in my age is 5. Maybe use some discretion in how you phrase things smh.

The website says they have xray on site and they do not. This was the reason I chose this location. Had an appt and still waited 45 minutes to be seen .Told me they would call another location so I could walk right in to get xray after visit. Going on over 2+ hours and still waiting for xray at second location. PA Doug was great at H.B. location but the overall experience with HB and CM locations was ridiculous.

We come here often for numerous things and I've always had a great experience. We never wait long, doctors and front desk people are always nice and listen to all your concerns. I definitely recommend this urgent care.

One of their "providers" grace c. is an individual who fails miserably at providing health care services at the xpress urgent care facilities. She did not adequately listen, comprehend and or understand the patient's needs, concerns & she failed to provide health care services needed to support the patient's concerns. The office experience staff employees could also be improved. For example if a patient needs their parent or guardian or representative in the examination room with them that needs to be respected, authorized, approved & valued. This entire "business" was disappointing. This "business" has failed serving the patients exponentially.

Coming in without an appointment at Huntington Beach was easy, the girl at the window (Destiny I believe was her name) made it easy for me to get an appointment in and get seen quickly, overall very nice worker and friendly. The whole thing was so quick and easy, glad I came here and will be coming back again!

Listen to the other reviews. Pls don't go to this place. Horrible front desk. Must do an entire medical application on your own smart phone. They do not provide tablets or a paper application. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but this place. Even Huntington Beach Hospital would be better, and we all know how terrible that place is.

Everyone in the office was awful. My husband took my daughter for yet another ear infection and they were no help. +1 star for being quick. He asked them to send the prescription to CVS (maybe3 or 4 doors down) and the receptionist didn't know where CVS was located. On top of that the prescription wasn't actually sent there. They saw he had his hands full with a screaming toddler and a diaper bag and they just unlocked the door and walked away. Didn't push it open didn't offer to help nothing. Why are urgent cares the worst? Is everyone that miserable? A little kindness to my child would of been extremely appreciated since we were all up all night while she was screaming. And next time you wanna do some fancy test make sure you let the patient know you will be charging for it.
