Best framer in Orange County. As an interior designer, working with Titan has been a complete breeze. He is so easy to communicate with and executes my design vision seamlessly. Titan Leard and his team performed exceptionally when they reframed our attached home. I am the owner of and have been directly involved in the major remodel and addition on our home. It is a 56-year-old, attached townhome that never got as much attention as it needed from prior owners. There was a significant amount of dry rot and termite damage throughout the wooden framing, siding, cathedral ceiling, and trim. And, as part of one of the first housing projects in Irvine, now a thriving city, it was built on a low budget.

Titan and his team are the bomb. Having never been in a construction zone, I did not have any idea how it would go, but this business comes to play everyday. I was impressed by their work ethic, attention to detail, and efficiency. They framed our new room in a very timely fashion and were available to me when I had questions. This group represents the gold standard for how a business should run. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation. Thank you Titan for your help in bringing our room to excellent fruition.
