I highly recommend The PC Doctor to all persons who are experiencing 'issues' with their desktop and/or laptop PC's. I called him on the phone and explained the problem that I'm experiencing with my laptop PC. He took the time to patiently assist me to troubleshoot my PC and then fielded a second call from me. The man is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If I require further technical assistance, I'll go to him first. You should too.

I can't say enough about Will Baker, PC Computer Doctor. My parents had their computer hacked and Will responded right away. He went to their house within hours of calling him. He found the malware and other suspicious software, cleaned up their computers, their cell phone and reinstalled security software. He was courteous, professional and quick. I recommend him highly. Will is fantastic. I discovered him last year and have called him a few times to help with PC problems at my small business. He is always able to solve the problem quickly, and check for any other issues while he's here. Recently I needed to replace 3 aging computers, and add a new one to our network. Will came in on the weekend to do the file migrations, app and driver installations, network setup and integration, and upgrades to our OS and accounting software. He even suggested and installed a classic shell to ease my concerns about switching to Windows 10. There were challenges along the way, and he was able to solve them all to get us back up and running for Monday morning. Then he checked in on us to be sure everything was working. He could charge considerably more for what he does and still be my first choice. If you need any kind of computer service I recommend Will the PC Computer Doctor.
