He has many years of experience and honestly welcomes a challenge as it is just one more thing that makes him the best! I highly recommend him and his services.PS. Jim has patiently been a saviour for me as I am electronically challenged elderly man who couldn’t get aid from so called tier 2 techs from both Verizon & AT&T but Jim gets into my pc w/me and gets the job done every time! He’s been worth his weight in gold for me every time.

Jim has handled our personal and business IT needs for 10 years or more. There has NEVER been a problem he couldn't solve. You don't have to live locally to use him. He does everything remotely, and his prices are fair. He's an excellent technician and an honest and honorable man. I highly recommend Jim for your computer needs!
