I can't say enough good things about Bri and her services! I went to her to receive the ThermoClear treatment for some broken capillaries on my nose, specifically a very prominent one near bridge of my nose. Bri took the time to explain what would happen during and after the procedure. It was virtually painless and we were done within 10-15 minutes! My boyfriend was in the room with me. Bri suggested he take a look as she performed her "magic" and he couldn't believe it as my broken capillaries disappeared before his eyes! I had a bit of a "sunburn" feeling on the area that lasted maybe an hour or two and some minor scabbing on the areas that had been treated. Now I am soo soo happy with the results!

If you haven't experienced a Hydrafacial @'the Beauty Room with Aja Richardson , esthetician , you haven't had one of the best facial treatments! I am extremely particular about any skincare service , and of all the peels and devices in the industry , I consider this a must-do for regular exfoliation and deep pore cleaning . Don't worry about down-time ! You'll leave looking better than when you go in , with a glow and hydration you'll love . She has on-line booking to make it easy and is in a convenient location in Dana Point , Ca. You won't be disappointed . .

Bri is amazing!! I used to go to her for lashes (which I removed to give my lashes a break) and now I go to her for facials and eyebrow waxing! She is the friendliest person you will meet and gives amazing service. I have been to numerous places to get these services done and Bri does all of them at one location and does the best job by far! Can't say enough good things about her and The Beauty Room!

Can i just say i cannot live without bree. She is an amazing Esthetician! She does my lash extensions so natural and comfortable. I reccommend her to all friends and fellow estheticians. She also teaches and is an amazing permanent make up artist. 5 starts and shes sweet!!!

Update: Alex is such a fraud. I had first given her 1 star because she would never get back to me with an appt. When I finally got in, I changed it to 4 stars. Literally, not even 24 hours later she texts me- how could I only give her 4, and I shouldn't have taken off a star n how she was nice. Uh ok WOW. Never had I been questioned on an honest opinion. I was even being generous when she shouldn't have even gotten 4. 4 is such a good review and she complains?? I felt bad because I didn't know if the original 1 star hurt her with her job, but really after I showed my friends my lashes they told me it looked sloppy. But I didn't know since I never had volume lashes. AND she never even acknowledged how it took so long to get back or even apologize. Yet, she was so quick to reply about my updated Yelp review a day later? Unprofessional! Plus, if u look back on my first review it wasn't even that bad! I was trying to get a call back, and it was the TRUTH what I wrote. Fast forward.. I never bothered updating til now because when I confirmed my 2nd appt, she told me this business closed its doors. I have the texts to prove it. So she said I needed to get a refund from Groupon. The reason I call her a fraud is because when I called Groupon she already cashed it. So she got paid and ran. She knew it too. I complained to Groupon n they were nice enough to refund. I had a feeling she was shady just from our interaction thus far so I called the salon to see if they really closed their doors. They said no, and she just worked somewhere else now. My intuition was correct. Don't use her if u know who I'm talking about. I'm not sure how this salon works, but it seems like she is an independent worker because even in the beginning when I tried to get lash appts they were not helpful n just kept saying I need to contact Alex for that Groupon. I'm not sure if it's fair to ding the whole business if that's the case and Alex is independent, but I don't know how else to update this review so future customers are aware of Alex the fraud. Update: 8/26/16 So after no luck ever getting a call back for an appt, I happen to go on Yelp, and that's how I saw that another customer texted Alex. I messaged the person on Yelp, and she gave me the same personal number I had been leaving voicemails on (thanks yelper!). I texted and finally did get an appt. I actually prefer texting, too, so had I known I could've saved a headache. Maybe she can put that on the groupon next time. Anyhow, fast forward - this is my first time doing volume lashes. I've only done classic before, which have always turned out great, but I wanted a more dramatic look. I didn't want "natural" lol. They turned out amazing! Again, this is only my first time doing volume lashes so I don't have anything to compare it to so just my opinion. Alex ended up being super nice and easy going. She told me she was flexible with fills and appts and text her anytime, even if I have to change the night before. Will definitely be back! I bought a Groupon for lashes. Checked this place out after a recommendation and a great groupon purchase. WOW! What a difference. Alex (my new best friend!) is a guru! She had the best communication. She responds to texts very quickly and after having to reschedule my appointment she went out of her way to make sure I got in to see her. I really appreciated that! She was so pleasant and did such an amazing job. I was there for just over two hours but she made the time pass so fast. She made sure to tell me that if anything went wrong with my lashes she would fix them no problem. When you arrive it's a bit hard to find because the signage is on the side of the building but the studio is upstairs. Alex had already given me a heads up so I knew where to go. You walk in to the cutest little salon with pink decor, which immediately puts you in a "girly" mood. It was very clean inside and although I didnt have any, they had some snacks for their customers. Which is always a nice touch! Overall a great experience and I think i may be a lash client of Alex's now for life! I LOVE MY NEW LASHES!
