5stars. Telephone staff was responsive and quick to get the repair man out ,knowing we had been without gas over the holiday weekend. Luis was informative and presented options as he went along testing all the gas hookups. Communicated well regarding when to expect workmen each day. Initially thought we would have to re-pipe house, but Luis was dogged in his approach to find leak and saved us time - money - and holes in our walls. Large gas leak was found and repaired. Even the gas man commended the work on the repair ,and I heard him ask Luis ,” how did you find that leak ?” Very happy with Luis ,assistance,and the co in general. Happy home owner Andrea B
